How do I get my book if you're not at the kiosk?

Order from your phone and choose pickup at the Merle Hay kiosk at checkout. Then collect it at the kiosk — no need to catch me in person.

When will it be ready?

Buy any day this week and pick it up by next Saturday at the latest. You'll get an email when your book is set.

How much does pickup cost?

There's no pickup charge — you pay for the books only.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel your order before pickup if you need to. I do not accept returns for books once they have been signed/personalized.

Do you ship, or is it kiosk pickup only?

Shipping is available as an option at checkout.
